My name is Shawn, and I am both a Manual Osteopath and a Registered Massage Therapist. I hold degrees from The Manual Osteopathic College of Canada and The Alberta College of Massage Therapy. My expertise lies in correcting postural imbalances and educating clients on self-care to progressively live pain-free. I find fulfillment in helping clients alleviate chronic pain and reestablish the body's natural equilibrium. I am dedicated to continual learning and skill enhancement. Post-graduation, I have obtained certifications in various modalities, including Hot Stone Therapy, Advanced Cold Stone, Dynamic Cupping, Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral Therapy, Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, Advanced Fascia, Functional Myofascial Release, Rapid NFR, and Fascial Stretch Therapy.
