About Sharon
Sharon is a Registered Reflexologist and has been a member in good standing with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario since 2015. She completed her initial training through the Healing Arts Learning Organization and has continued to expand her education through advanced studies in the Kruchik Method of Reflexology, pain management, fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions, lymph drainage, and gentle-touch reflexology for cancer and palliative care. She has also incorporated Microcurrent Point Stimulation Therapy into her practice.
Sharon takes a gentle, individualized approach to care and believes every client deserves to feel heard, supported and involved in their wellness journey. Her treatments combine reflexology with movement-based techniques and, when appropriate, additional tools to help promote relaxation, reduce tension and support greater comfort and ease of movement.
Outside of the clinic, Sharon volunteers with local hospice programs and Hubertus Haus. She enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing billiards, attending the theatre and exploring nature through photography.
