She works in prenatal and postpartum care, as well as with incontinence and chronic pain, providing the treatment and support to guide her clients' well-being and recovery. Shannon's journey with myofascial release and pelvic health began in 2013 on a personal and professional level. Her training, her experience working in mental health, and her own healing journey have shaped her understanding of healing as a mind-body-soul endeavor, and affirmed her belief in compassionate, trauma-informed, individualized care. She completed a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, both from the University of Alberta, and is an expert level Myofascial Release Therapist. She aims to help her clients learn a new way to treat their bodies, get to the root of their pain, and take their power back in their healing process.
