About Shannon
Shannon is a registered massage therapist with the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan. In 2002, she graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy. She started working with the college as an instructor in practical classes, physiology and pathology up until 2020. Shannon specializes in pregnancy, labour and delivery support massage along with birth doula services. She continues to share her knowledge with her clients and clinic partners through instruction of the Understanding the Pregnant Pelvis and Labour and Delivery Support class. Shannon works with various professional and amateur athletes and has for more than two decades. She currently works as the Medical Team Coordinator with the Regina Thunder Football Club, Saskatchewan Selects Football Team and has worked with the U16 Football team program on injury management and assessment. She offers traditional Swedish massage, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) work, vacuum cupping and myofascial work. Areas of specialization include TMJ dysfunction, pregnancy massage and football injuries. Shannon offers treatment for work-related injuries and motor vehicle claims.
