“I took Shannon up on her advise to try her latest tool in her healing repertoire and got my first mashing. I was looking for a fairly deep treatment for help with some lower back problems I had so not being familiar with the technique I wasn't sure if this would work for me. Shannon explained it to me and I took her up on her professional opinion and she was not wrong. I was surprised how precise and deep she was able to get with this technique. Would definitely get mashed again as not only is a great massage but it also allows you to be in and out a bit quicker as there is no oils used. Thanks again Shannon”Read moreShow less
