About Shanjid

Shanjid was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario but has worked the majority of his career on Manitoulin Island and in Sioux Lookout. He has been interested in the realm of health and fitness since high school and enjoys playing tennis, biking, swimming, and strength training. He graduated from his Masters of Physiotherapy from Western University in 2017. Prior to that he got his Bachelors degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Toronto. When he is not working he is spending his time going for long bike rides, enjoying time with his family and friends, and cooking. Shanjid has taken many post graduate courses since becoming a Physiotherapist and his favorite treatment modalities are acupuncture, shockwave, and manual therapy.
