He has a special interest in biomechanics and exercise selection for individuals with nagging pain in the gym and throughout life. When not in clinical practice Sean enjoys trying new foods, travelling, and a variety of activities such as playing hockey, volleyball, hiking, and hitting the gym.

What patients said about Sean

Brianne Baird · Google · 27 May 2026

Sean is an amazing physiotherapist. He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and really takes the time to listen and understand what’s going on. He has helped me through multiple issues and I’ve always felt comfortable and confident in his care. I never feel rushed, and he explains things in a way that actually makes sense. Thanks to Sean, I’ve seen huge improvements and always leave appointments feeling better and more hopeful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio who truly cares about his patients!
