Sasha Rooney is a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Pilates instructor and Doula. Teaching Pilates is what got Sasha interested in how the musculoskeletal system maintains balance and strength, which is ultimately what lead her to massage therapy. Sasha graduated from Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in 2013 with honours, and has additional certifications in Perinatal Massage, Myofascial Release, Soft Tissue Release, Cupping, and Thai Yoga Massage.
