About Sasha
Sasha Galve is a Registered Occupational Therapist in British Columbia with a clinical focus on motor vehicle accident rehabilitation, concussion management, chronic pain, functional recovery, and graduated return-to-work planning. She works closely with clients experiencing physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial barriers following injury, with an emphasis on restoring independence and meaningful participation in everyday life.
Sasha’s approach is client-centred, practical, and function-focused. She integrates symptom management, cognitive rehabilitation, energy conservation, work hardening, ergonomic strategies, and individualized return-to-work planning to help clients progress toward safe and sustainable recovery.
In addition to her clinical practice, Sasha has experience in rehabilitation clinic leadership and interdisciplinary care coordination. She is passionate about advocacy and collaborative rehabilitation, working with clients, families, healthcare providers, employers, and insurers to develop realistic treatment plans that support long-term functional outcomes.
