Sari has a strong passion for promoting a gratifying lifestyle through food and nutrition. She offers a safe environment for her counselling clients, fostering positive experiences around food while building a sense of ownership and independence. She invites clients to work through roadblocks with curiosity and compassion, providing opportunities to re-establish nourishing relationships with their bodies.
Sari completed the Ontario College Certificate in Culinary Management and became a Certified Chef. She then completed a post-graduate in Food and Nutrition Management. From there, she went on to finish the Nutritional Consulting Program with Alive Academy and was granted the designation of Certified Nutritional Counsellor (CNC) and Registered Nutrition Consultant Practitioner (RNCP). She is registered with the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC). Sari has additional education and training in mindful eating, motivational interviewing and 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly programming.
