About Sarai

Sarai has been a Registered Massage Therapist since early 2010, after completing the 3,000-hour Massage Therapy Diploma Program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy (WCCMT) in Victoria. She has a strong professional focus on women’s health and paediatric care, having dedicated much of her career to supporting women and children through various life stages and health challenges. She is currently accepting new patients. Sarai has worked extensively with women experiencing pregnancy, crisis, perimenopause, and other transitional phases, as well as with children with both typical and complex or higher needs. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, working with a wide range of conditions, needs, and abilities such as autism spectrum disorder and other forms of neurodivergence, headaches and migraines, chronic pain, muscular tension, seasonal allergies, chronic ear infections, chronic sinus issues (including sinusitis), frozen shoulder, fibromyalgia, plantar fasciitis, neurological symptoms/nerve pain (e.g. numbness and tingling in the hands and feet, sciatica, and pseudo-sciatica), TMJ dysfunction, hearing changes, tinnitus, and myofascial pain syndrome. Sarai believes that effective massage therapy is collaborative. She prioritizes client comfort and autonomy, encouraging ongoing feedback to ensure each treatment stays within the individual’s pain tolerance and aligns with their therapeutic goals. Her approach incorporates a range of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial trigger point release, active release, fascial work, and lymphatic drainage and support—all tailored to reduce pain, improve mobility, address muscular imbalances, and optimize overall health and well-being. Earlier in her career, Sarai trained at several of Victoria’s top spas, and she continues to value relaxation as an essential therapeutic goal. She considers calming the sympathetic nervous system and supporting the body’s rest-and-repair processes an important part of every treatment.
