Sarah Tesla is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) who works with individual adults seeking a warm, down-to-earth approach to therapy.
Sarah specializes in supporting people navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, as well as women moving through the emotional and psychological shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Sarah believes that understanding how your brain and body work — and why — can be a powerful starting point for self-compassion and self-awareness. Sarah creates space for exploring patterns, emotions and behaviours, while also providing accessible tools and resources to use between sessions.
Sarah offers virtual counselling Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, with some limited availability on Sundays.
