About Sarah
Sarah is passionate about supporting women and adolescent girls as they navigate the complexities of mental health, self-identity, and relationships. Many individuals struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, body image, and the pressures of daily life, often feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. Sarah understands how difficult it can be to find a sense of balance and self-acceptance in a world that often feels demanding and uncertain. With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, she helps clients process their emotions, develop resilience, and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others.
Sarah integrates attachment theory, interpersonal neuropsychology, and developmental neuroscience into her work, offering insight into how past experiences shape emotional patterns and relational dynamics. She specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-harm, and relationship challenges, providing a safe space for self-exploration and healing. With training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and a Polyvagal-informed approach, she incorporates mind-body connection techniques to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and personal growth.
Clients appreciate Sarah’s warm, relational style and her ability to meet them where they are while fostering deep self-reflection and healing. Whether working with adolescents, young adults, or women seeking to reconnect with themselves, she tailors therapy to each client’s needs, integrating evidence-based strategies to support lasting change. Outside of therapy, Sarah enjoys finding ways to cultivate mindfulness and connection in everyday life. She is committed to helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered on their journey toward emotional well-being.
