About SARAH SIMONE ANDERSON
Simone is Sarah’s middle name. It is the name of her maternal grandmother. The egg that created her was already fully formed in her mother’s ovaries while she was a fetus in her mother’s womb, Sarah’s grandmother. Birth is ancient and generational and in our DNA! However we’ve lost some of our cultural practices such as attending and supporting births within family, so Sarah has brought back that practice by becoming a doula. Sarah will be your sister or auntie guiding you through this amazing initiation and journey that it is to become a mother (or become a mother again). Sarah is also trained as a Yoga Teacher, specializing in prenatal and postnatal work, with years of experience working as a professional dancer and aerialist; Reiki Master; Family & Systemic Constellations Facilitator; and Tantra Teacher. She is currently completing a graduate certificate in sexual health. Sarah’s energy work includes her spiritual practices and techniques working with the nervous system to release trauma. She also performs a very special and healing womb-blessing.
