About Sarah
Sarah Xue graduated from Makami in June 2015 with honours. Her passion is figuring out why the body is in pain and educating clients about how their body works and why our everyday lives lead to body aches and pains. Healing takes time and patience for both therapist and client and Sarah uses a variety of techniques to help the muscles relax and heal. She uses client feedback and muscle response to gauge pressure and applies her training in cupping, hot stone, pre-natal, deep tissue, Chinese Tui Na，Thai style stretches，advance lymphatic drainage and Swedish relaxation massage techniques. From serious muscle injuries to stress related pain, Sarah feels that massage makes a difference in both body and mental health.
