Sarah graduated from the Humber College Massage Therapy Program with Honours.
Sarah has experience working with various populations, including athletes, prenatal, geriatrics and persons with mental health conditions.
Sarah uses various techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point release, fascial stretch, joint mobilization as well as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation).
Through her experience as a Nursing student and a Personal Support Worker, Sarah found her passion for working with people and helping them through injuries, conditions and much more.
Sarah is looking forward to helping her clients live an optimal life through assessments and massage therapy treatments.
