About Sarah
Sarah was born and raised in East Hants and graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy in 2023. During her studies, she gained valuable experience through specialized clinics focused on neurological conditions, sports therapy, and enhanced patient care. She is also certified in cupping therapy.
Sarah is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every client. She takes a personalized approach to treatment, helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals while maintaining or improving function. Her focus is on supporting clients as they return to their daily activities with greater comfort, confidence, and ease.
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, and pursuing her passion for baking. Before becoming a massage therapist, she completed the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) in 2016.
