About Sarah
Sarah graduated with honours from the Canadian Therapeutic College in 2007. She has completed additional training in Advanced Myofasical Release, Rhythmic techniques, Chinese Cupping massage, Hot Stone Massage and Structural Integration. Sarah believes in the power of preventative care and enjoys being part of a team that has the ability to utilize many techniques to resolve any dysfunctions in the body. She looks forward to helping patients achieve their goals, whether it is relaxation or treatment of acute and chronic injuries. She is enjoying educating clients on doTERRA® essential oils which Appleby Total health is now carrying. Sarah enjoys treating all ages from babies to the elderly and enjoys working with athletes.

“Had a massage with Sarah and it was horrible. I went in smiling and left disappointed. Asked me as usual which areas to focus on but she was very cold with me, massage was so so light like spreading oil on my skin then I asked for more pressure, she did (kind of) but her moves weren’t homogenized, moving from to a spot to another never focused on the issue. I also asked for feet massage (+back) she was very sceptic and it was the last to call it a massage. Once done she didn’t even bother herself to come and ask me how was it or whatever. Very bad experience and last one. Her work is not an RMT work nothing with deep tissue, the description on the website is biased. Hopefully work will be taken seriously. Thank you”Read moreShow less
