Sarah graduated with a Diploma of Massage Therapy from ICT Northumberland College in 2020. Sarah continued her education in Massage Therapy modalities by receiving training in Cupping and Thai Foot Massage, both of which Sarah can now incorporate into your treatment when suitable. Sarah’s treatments are tailored to you, and can include Deep Tissue Massage, components of Thai Stretch Massage, Myofascial Release techniques and General Swedish Massage techniques. Sarah believes that massage therapy can be a very beneficial addition to your physical health maintenance routine, as well as a useful tool in caring for your mental health. Sarah aims to create a safe environment that welcomes and respects all people, and that provides her patients with a space and period of time allocated to healing and reaching your goals.
