In Pelvico Postnatal Level 1, you can expect a big focus on pelvic floor/core rehab, mobility and starting with the foundations. Must take Level 1 before moving on to Pelvico Postnatal Level 2.
This is for those that have completed Level 1 and are ready for Level 2 postnatal rehab/strength training. This session is twice a week for 4 weeks!
