I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of counselling experience specializing in trauma & PTSD, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I am a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Masters of Arts in Psychotherapy. I use personal experience, as well as my education and training, to understand and relate to the struggles that you may be facing. I've completed training in various modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills, and Narrative Therapy.
