Sarah graduated from Durham College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in 2017. She then went on to own her own personal training business running bootcamps and training clients in their homes. She went back to school to further her education and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2022.
Sarah has been working with clients helping them maintain their abilities, reduce stress and anxiety and help keep athletes in their sport.
Sarah loves to spend her free time hiking, running and training for triathlon. She understands the importance of sport and pain free movement and strives to help clients maintain an active, stress free lifestyle.
