About Sarah

My journey to naturopathic medicine was shaped by years working across both conventional and holistic healthcare. I began my career as a laboratory technologist, then transitioned into clinical practice as a registered homeopath — a role that deepened my appreciation for individualized, root-cause medicine. Each step in my continuing education, from manual osteopathic techniques to natural nutrition and beyond, deepened my sense that the full scope of naturopathic medicine was where I was meant to practise. I completed my naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where rigorous evidence-informed practice is integrated with the foundational principles of naturopathic philosophy. My clinical placement on the complex chronic disease shift at the Schad Naturopathic Clinic in Toronto refined my ability to navigate multifaceted health presentations with both precision and care. At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for the patient–doctor relationship. I am committed to creating an environment where patients feel genuinely heard, and where clinical decision-making is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in each person's unique circumstances. I have a particular interest in supporting patients managing autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular health, diabetes, MCAS, fibromyalgia, post-viral syndrome, and those navigating or recovering from cancer treatments.
