Sarah graduated in 2021 from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Sarah’s interest in health and wellness, combined with her passion for helping others, has led her to a fulfilling career in massage therapy.
Sarah aims to provide a safe space with each client, working together to address a variety of concerns ranging from work-life stress, injuries, posture related pain, headaches, neuropathy and more. With her holistic approach to treating the body, she uses deep tissue techniques combined with relaxation, joint mobilizations, stretching and movements to have each client feeling their best. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Sarah enjoys staying active through cycling, bouldering and unwinding in nature. She considers herself a foodie, and in her downtime likes to spend it with friends and family over good food.
