Sarah is a passionate and competitive sportswoman who is always seeking a new challenge and adventure. She represented Western Australia in tennis before transitioning to a coaching role. During this time, she became a certified personal trainer and pursued a Bachelor of Preventative Health at the University of Notre Dame, Australia.
A lifelong snowboarder and avid traveler, Sarah’s love for the outdoors led her to Canada, where she embraces the mountain lifestyle. Her personal wellness journey deepened her appreciation for a holistic approach to healing. This, paired with her caring nature, inspired her to pursue a Massage Therapy diploma at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where she graduated with honours and clinical distinction.
Fascinated about anatomy and physiology, Sarah is dedicated to empowering her clients through education and client-centered care. Her approach blends Swedish relaxation, deep tissue therapy, Myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and PNF stretching, adapting treatments to each individual’s goals. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates, saunas, cycling, playing softball, camping, and snowboarding.
Sarah has a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect. Your treatment time is reserved specifically for you, and to respect her time and wage, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full payment of the treatment cost.
