With two years of experience as a Registered Kinesiologist prior to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Sara brings a deep understanding of movement science and rehabilitation to her practice. Passionate about helping clients achieve optimal health and peak performance, she focuses on creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual, complemented by personalized self-care plans. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Guelph-Humber and completed her massage therapy education at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage. Incorporating techniques such as myofascial release and joint mobilizations, Sara tailors each session to her clients' specific needs. Whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, relaxation, or overall well-being she is dedicated to supporting her clients every step of the way.
