*Sara is visually impaired and has her guide dog, Daisy, in the treatment room with her.
Sara graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2018, after moving to
Canada from the UK in 2016.
Before becoming a massage therapist Sara worked as a financial journalist for several years in
London.
She first became interested in massage therapy after suffering a chronic back injury while
competing in judo as a teenager. After years of various treatments she found that massage was
extremely beneficial for providing pain relief. This inspired her to want to help others with similar
issues.
Sara aims to help her patients achieve their treatment goals as effectively as possible, through
treatment and education. She uses a variety of techniques during her treatments including
Swedish massage, active and passive stretching, myofascial release and joint mobilisation's.
In her spare time Sara enjoys running, going to the gym, cross country skiing and of course
going for walks and hanging out with Daisy.
She is also an avid reader and a soccer fan, supporting Leicester City in the UK Premiership.
Sara is also currently undertaking a course in canine massage.
