Incorporating many different modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, fascial work, PNF stretching, and relaxation techniques. Graduating with honours from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, Sara's focus as a therapist is on deeper therapeutic techniques rather than purely on relaxation and believes the body’s ability to heal is directly linked with its ability to relax.
