About Sara

Sara graduated with honours in 2015 from Medicine Hat College with a 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma. She then went on to complete a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree in 2019 at the University of British Columbia, with a specialization in Clinical Exercise Physiology & Minor in Psychology. Through her combination of massage and exercise science education, Sara is able to create individualized treatment programs for her clients, often incorporating at-home exercise regimes to enhance and extend the benefits of massage. Sara has a special interest in postural assessment and correction, neck and shoulder pain/dysfunction, and stress reduction. She is currently furthering her education with courses in prenatal massage, and acupressure & meridian massage. Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time outside no matter the season, reading, and playing a variety of sports.
