Sara believes in fostering a safe and nurturing environment where her patients can experience the transformative power of therapeutic bodywork to promote overall relaxation, relieve chronic pain, and promote awareness of body mind connection to aid in healing. Sara believes in a holistic approach to treatment and incorporates her training as an RMT along with Ayurvedic principles in some treatments offered. Additionally Sara is a certified aromatherapist and is certified in Indian head massage.
