“Sara is very skilled in understanding the human body and the ways pain and discomfort manifest. She is able to help me identify exactly where my pain is coming from, work to reduce it through massage and give me some advice for addressing it at home through stretching, applying heat or ice, and other strategies as well. She also referred me to a physiotherapist to help address the source or root cause of my pain.”
