About Sanya
Sanya completed her residency training in Paediatric Physical Therapy through Aga Khan University, with recognition from Drexel University, USA. Through her training and clinical experience, she developed a strong passion for supporting children’s development and the critical role of early intervention in optimizing long-term outcomes. Over the past six years, Sanya has gained extensive experience working with paediatric clients, particularly infants and young children. She has supported children with a wide range of conditions including torticollis, developmental delays, and musculoskeletal concerns, with a focus on neuromotor development, postural control, and gross motor skill acquisition. Sanya’s therapeutic approach is play-based, functional, and family-centered. She integrates evidence-based techniques to promote strength, coordination, and motor planning, while creating engaging sessions that support each child’s individual goals. She strongly believes in empowering families and provides practical, goal-oriented strategies to support carryover of skills into daily routines and environments. Volunteerism is an important part of Sanya’s values, and she is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting initiatives that promote children’s health and well-being. She is committed to ongoing professional development and continues to expand her clinical knowledge to provide the highest quality care to her patients.
