About Sandra

Sandra is a graduate of the University of Toronto Bachelor of Physical and Health Education program. She is a registered massage therapist practicing with over 16 years of clinical experience. As a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching clinic, she received training in General Swedish Massage as well as Myofacial Release techniques, which addresses adhesions of connective tissue within the body and helps to relieve chronic pain. Sandra has also completed speciality training and outreach in the areas of: neurological disorders, cancer, post surgery, pregnancy and postpartum massage, addressing musculoskeletal discomfort, postural changes, and specific self-care exercises.
