Sandra has been in practice since 1995. Her whole career has revolved around instructing patients on how to manage and maintain mobility and agility of the body. In recent years, she has been focusing more and more on stress reduction, as stress is the root of many disorders in the body and mind. With expertise in deep tissue massage for athletes to office workers, Sandra now incorporates hot stone massage to relax the fascial complex throughout the body in order to have an optimal release of all tissues being worked on. Sandra has come to believe that after all these years of practice, she has now entered the realm of turning her practice into works of art!
