Sandra has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist for nearly thirty years, specializing in Active Release Techniques (ART), deep tissue therapy, Graston Techniques and Low Intensity Laser Therapy (LILT). With a vision for increased functional mobility for her clients, she is committed to continuous professional education and growth. Sandra enjoys all sports and has previously trained and participated in triathlons, including half Ironman, and currently enjoys cycling, weight training and especially spending time roaming Ferguson Forestry with her best buddy Gunny.
