About Samuel
Samuel completed both his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia (UBC). During his studies, he also gained valuable experience working as a personal trainer.
Samuel is passionate about helping clients regain confidence and take an active role in their health and rehabilitation. His approach focuses on education and exercise therapy, supported by manual therapy and other therapeutic modalities when appropriate, to help clients work toward their individual goals.
He has also had the opportunity to serve as a clinical educator for UBC Master of Physical Therapy students on multiple occasions and hopes to continue supporting future physiotherapists through clinical education.
Samuel has completed additional training and certifications in Functional Dry Needling (Gunn IMS), Anatomical Acupuncture (AA2), Vestibular Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
Growing up, Samuel participated competitively in football, volleyball, and track and field. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Outside the clinic, Samuel enjoys running, golfing, and spending time adventuring with his family.
