With over 13 years of experience in the counselling field, I am deeply committed to walking alongside individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. My practice is rooted in empathy, respect, and a belief in the inherent resilience of the human spirit. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the complexities of mental health and addiction, including those living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, and other comorbid conditions. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are invited to speak their truth and feel heard, seen, and supported. My work is guided by compassion and connection. I understand that life can be overwhelming, and facing those challenges doesn’t have to be done alone. Whether you're struggling with your own substance use, managing stress or burnout, or seeking clarity in the midst of emotional difficulty, I’m here to help. I have extensive experience in addiction-related concerns, including goal-oriented treatment planning, relapse prevention, coping strategies, dual diagnosis care, maintenance support, and referrals to additional services when needed.
