With a medical background and more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Sam brings a broad understanding of healthcare to his practice, combined with specialized training in Manual Osteopathic Therapy. His approach is gentle, individualized, and focused on understanding the body as an interconnected system.
Sam’s practice incorporates a range of hands-on techniques, including myofascial release, joint mobilization, Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), General Osteopathic Treatment (GOT), Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation. These approaches may be used to support individuals experiencing musculoskeletal discomfort, restricted mobility, headaches and migraines, TMJ-related concerns, stress and tension, and other concerns where hands-on therapy may be appropriate.
Every client is unique. Sam begins each session with a thorough history and assessment, then develops an individualized approach based on the client’s needs, comfort level, and goals. He also emphasizes client education and ongoing support to help individuals better understand their bodies and participate actively in their care.
Sam’s philosophy is simple: listen to the body, understand its needs, and use skilled, hands-on techniques to support better movement, balance, and overall well-being.
