As a therapist specializing in grief and loss as well as addictions, my focus is on providing empathetic support, tools, and guidance to individuals navigating the complex emotions associated with bereavement, substance abuse, and significant life changes. I offer a safe and nurturing space for clients to express their feelings of loss, sadness, and confusion without judgment.
