Samantha genuinely cares about her patient's well-being and listens attentively to their concerns. She thinks of the body as a "whole" and aims to find the root cause of an issue to help alleviate the problem now and prevent it from re-occurring.
This may be achieved through a variety of methodologies Samantha works with: Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, and hydrotherapy, to name a few (and never underestimate the power of an effective relaxation massage!) All of these modalities may be used in combination with each other to target musculoskeletal issues that contribute to many aggravating symptoms, such as headaches, postural dysfunctions, stress, reduced mobility, body tension, and pain.
Samantha also strives to educate clients on proper body mechanics and self-care techniques to allow for greater independence.
