Samantha graduated from the VCMT 3000-hour program in 2016. She has found massage therapy to be the most rewarding work she has ever done and brings genuine passion to her practice.
She is a compassionate massage therapist who takes a holistic approach to treatment, incorporating a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and passive stretching. Her style blends deep pressure with relaxation, often described as “deep relaxation.”
Samantha enjoys working with a wide range of clients and conditions, and is particularly drawn to supporting those with persistent pain, complex medical diagnoses, and pain related to mental health conditions. Her treatment goals always include guiding the nervous system into a restful state, where healing can be optimized.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys spending time in her garden tending to her flowers and herbs. During the colder, wetter months, you can find her indoors crafting, reading, and spending time with her family and cats.
