About Samantha

Samantha Ireland, BHK, RMT Samantha is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Samantha graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH) with honours and with an additional Sport Certificate. While attending CCMH, she developed a love for treating sports-related injuries, learning how to prevent and treat injuries through assessments and treatment planning, for a balanced style of relaxation and rehabilitation. In her treatments, Samantha uses a variety of techniques focusing on the fascial system, Trigger Point therapy, General Swedish Massage and a multitude of stretches. At the University of Windsor, she completed a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a minor in psychology, graduating with honours. Samantha was an Academic All-Canadian athlete playing soccer and running cross country. During this time, Samantha developed a passion for learning about chronic disease and disorders, and how living an active lifestyle can improve longevity and/or quality of life for those living with these diseases. Because of this belief, she remains active in her daily life by running and going to the gym, as well as pursuing a new passion for coaching cross country and track and field. Samantha uses her Kinesiology background, combined with her knowledge of massage therapy techniques, to best help her clients get back to their training program and to aid in keeping athletes at their peak potential.
