“It is never too late to be what you might have been” – George Eliot. As young children, we know what we need, want and enjoy. We are less likely to hold back from big dreams, showing emotions or stating needs. As we move through life, difficult experiences and outside expectations often move our focus from intuitively doing what is best for us, leaving many feeling detached from our true selves. Using an eclectic, feminist approach with a sprinkle of humor, Samantha will assist you in assessing and addressing the life events that have moved you away from the life you want. Samantha holds a BA in Behavioural Psychology and an MA in Counselling Psychology and brings a plethora of experiences from past work in addictions, developmental disabilities, early psychosis, interpersonal trauma, neurodiversity and applied behavioural analysis. It is Samantha’s belief that a good therapeutic fit is the first step in successful therapy. If you are an individual, couple or family, over the age of 13 looking to become what you might have been before life got in the way, please schedule a free meet and greet to ensure a good fit and learn what to expect on your therapy journey.
