I am a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong interest in endurance sports and athletic recovery. I understand the physical demands of training, competition, and recovery, and I enjoy helping clients stay active and pain-free.
My treatments focus on deep tissue Swedish massage and myofascial release, with an emphasis on reducing tension, improving mobility, and supporting overall function. I am also trained in Graston Therapy, which I use when appropriate to address soft tissue restrictions and promote healing.
I work with anyone from active individuals to everyday office workers, and children who participate in sports or experience everyday soreness, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs and comfort level. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and swimming in the summer and spending time with friends and family
