Sam’s treatments usually start with gentle compressions to relax the body and introduce touch. Once a trust has been built with her patient, Sam starts to work into the tissue with a release-oriented approach, utilizing heat and deeper pressure while checking in with patients to make sure they are comfortable to fully unwind.
