About Sairam

Sammy graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Toronto, and a Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. He started his career as a personal trainer at Goodlife Fitness, where his fascination with rehabilitation brought him towards discovering Fascial Stretch Therapy. Additionally, he has expanded his skill set by applying teachings from Functional Range Systems, Postural Restoration Institute, and Oxygen Advantage. Since then, Sammy has been active in clinical and gym settings helping people from all walks of life, specializing in joint longevity, postural integration, and breathing dysfunction.
