Sahar is a recently graduated Registered Acupuncturist. She believes in the strength of yin and yang and encourages the body back into balance with Chinese Medicine. Her practice is gentle, comprehensive, and most of all empowering. Sahar uses many modalities outside of Acupuncture, including cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and dietary/lifestyle advice. She believes that with the right knowledge, we can move our mind and body out of stagnation and into prosperity.
