Beginning therapy can be an overwhelming experience. We often feel stuck, confused, scared, or like we don’t even know where to start. We may feel anxious about the possibility of change, feeling vulnerable, or truly being seen. This journey is not meant to be taken alone.
Whether you are facing depression, interpersonal struggles, or one of life’s many transitions, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy, compassion, and a commitment to your personal growth.
With a deep belief in human connection and resilience, I will work collaboratively with you to explore your stories, strengthen your coping skills, and help you move toward healing. As a therapist, I use a psychodynamic approach to therapy while drawing techniques from evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family System (IFS). I practice through an attachment based, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens, always keeping in mind that your unique experience and needs are at the center of our work together.
I believe that meaningful self-discovery begins within the safety of a trusting relationship. I prioritize fostering a space where you feel understood and empowered while you navigate the issues that bring you to therapy, find acceptance in yourself, and initiate change in your life.
