Sabrina is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist, she graduated completing the 3000-hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy here in Victoria, in 2014. Sabrina has worked in many different clinical and spa settings which have broadened her experiences of caring for people of all ages and needs.
Sabrina assesses each individual’s needs and uses Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Muscle Energy and passive and active stretching. She has also taken a therapeutic stone course and likes to create a treatment plan specific to those needs. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions and likes to expand her knowledge and techniques through continuing educational training in the area of Massage Therapy.
In her free time, Sabrina likes to get outdoors, do yoga and read.
