About Sabrina

Registered Physiotherapist, MPT, BHK. Sabrina is a passionate and knowledgeable physiotherapist who is genuinely invested in her clients’ recovery and strives to empower them by making them an active participant in their rehabilitative journey. She utilizes education, manual therapy, individualized exercise therapy and treatment programs to help clients achieve their goals and continue to participate in the activities that they love. After graduating from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (major in Movement Science) in 2018, Sabrina earned a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2020. Sabrina has a strong athletic and exercise training background from her own experiences as a competitive volleyball player and coach. As a physiotherapist, she has experience in the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sport injuries as well as surgical interventions, both pre- and post-op. Sabrina is certified in Functional Dry Needling, a Barefoot Training Specialist and completed the Polestar Pilates Teacher Training. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys staying active with her two pups, mastering her own Pilates practice, playing volleyball and golf, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
